WonderCon 2010 has a new fan table: Racebending.com!

Racebending.com will be at WonderCon!
If you’ll be in the San Francisco area April 2nd through 4th, come join us at the show!
Last week, the Exhibitors were announced for WonderCon 2010. This year, WonderCon will be held from April 2nd through 4th in San Francisco, California. WonderCon, also known as the “Nor-Cal Comic-Con” is an annual comic book, science fiction, and motion picture convention that has been held in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1987.
Fans of the convention may have spotted that Racebending.com is listed among the Fan Tables that will be on the convention floor this year. Racebending.com will be the only Avatar: The Last Airbender fan group with a table at WonderCon this year, so be sure to check us out!
We’ll be on the floor near Artists’ Alley tabling alongside other famous fan groups like the California Browncoats and the 501st Legion: Vader’s Fist. The Browncoats and the 501st have both shared their love for Firefly and Star Wars respectively by channeling their fandom communities into activism–raising money for charities like Equality Now, the American Cancer Society, and the Make a Wish Foundation. We’re excited to have the opportunity to participate this fandom tradition alongside these fan club greats at WonderCon 2010!
Drop by our table and you’ll find us sharing our love for Avatar: The Last Airbender and advocating for fair and equal opportunity in Hollywood. We’ll have information about A:TLA, the film adaptation, and freebies like fliers and Racebending.com wristbands. We’ll also have pins printed from WackyButtons. Throughout the convention, we’ll also have giveaways including signed books, stuffed animals, exclusive signed A:TLA posters, and Racebending.com t-shirts!
We’re also working out details so we can sell Racebending.com t-shirts at our fan table!
